Role Description:We are seeking a Sales and Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Algoace. As the coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming leads, crafting tailored proposals, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients on Fiverr. This position requires a deep understanding of our service offerings, strong writing skills, and the ability to nurture client relationships to drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

-Lead Management: Monitor and manage incoming leads to ensure timely and professional responses.

– Proposal Writing:  Develop customized proposals for each lead based on their specific needs and our service capabilities.

– Follow-up Communications: Track all sent proposals and conduct follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

– Client Interactions: Address initial client inquiries and provide clear information about our services to facilitate decision-making.

– Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from non-converting clients to identify areas for improvement.

– Reporting: Maintain detailed records of proposals and outcomes, and analyze conversion rates to optimize sales strategies.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and accurately estimated.

Eligibility:

Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in digital or tech environments, is advantageous.

– Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting persuasive proposals and interacting effectively with clients.

– Knowledge of the Tech Industry: Familiarity with software development, especially in areas such as mobile app development or React Native, is preferred to understand client needs and communicate effectively.

– Degree: Bachelors Degree in Sales or a related field will be prioritized.
