We designed a clean, intuitive UI/UX for a smart property analytics platform that empowers building managers to monitor and optimize property conditions in real time. The app visualizes data from IoT devices including noise, air quality, temperature, humidity, smoking, and overcrowding incidents, offering actionable insights via dynamic graphs and dashboards. The goal was to create an interface that simplifies complex data interpretation, ensures fast navigation across multiple properties, and supports rapid incident response. Our design process focused on usability, clarity, and data visualization, making critical information accessible at a glance for proactive decision-making.
