Tell 12
Paid acquisition for apps, run by people who also build apps.
Algoace runs mobile app user acquisition across Meta, Google App campaigns and Apple Search Ads: attribution and event setup, creative testing at volume, install quality analysis, trial and paywall conversion, retention-aware bidding and cost per paying user reporting. It is for app founders and product teams with a live app in the stores and no reliable acquisition engine. Strategy is human-led; execution and analysis use AI.

“Media buyers optimise to installs because that is all they can see or change. We can read the funnel past the install, tell you whether the problem is the creative or the onboarding, and change the product, not only the headline. That is the whole difference, and it is why we will sometimes tell you your app is not ready for paid yet.”
Three problems we usually find
Cheap installs, expensive paying users.
The creative promises one thing and the onboarding delivers another. We fix the handoff, not the bid.
Three dashboards, three different numbers.
Meta, Google and Apple each claim the install. We set up attribution and reconciliation so there is one number.
The paywall was never tested.
Placement, timing, trial length, price. We test it like creative, because it is the most expensive screen in the app.

Foundation audit (tracking, store listing, economics), paid acquisition management across Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads, creative testing and readouts, conversion rate audit, and UI redesign for conversion.
Every engagement reports cost per paying user, reconciled across Meta, Google and Apple, not installs.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
Who this is for
- Subscription and consumer apps with early product-market fit signals.
- App founders who have run paid and cannot explain the results.
- Teams with a live app and budget for at least three months of testing.
Who this is not for
- Apps not yet in the stores.
- Budgets that cannot fund a statistically readable test.
- Teams wanting LinkedIn or TikTok campaigns.
How pricing works
Fixed scope, fixed price, senior people. No hourly rates. The written scope after the call is the quote. See how we work.
Questions founders ask us
What does cost per paying user mean and why report it?
The total spend divided by the number of users who paid, by channel and cohort. It is the only number that connects ad spend to revenue; CPI does not.
Which channels do you run?
Meta, Google App campaigns and Apple Search Ads. Not LinkedIn, TikTok or X for clients, yet.
What is the minimum media budget?
Enough to reach readable sample sizes per channel in a month; we state the number for your app in the audit rather than quoting a generic minimum.
How do you handle iOS attribution?
SKAdNetwork plus an MMP (AppsFlyer or Adjust), reconciled against store and revenue data monthly.
How often do you change campaigns?
At weekly checkpoints only, with sample-size rules, because edits between checkpoints reset learning.
Can you fix the app if the funnel is the problem?
Yes. That is the point of engineers who market.
Do you make the ad creative?
Yes, through the video production line, as testable variant sets.
Will you tell us if our app is not ready for paid?
Yes, in the audit, with what to fix first.
Send a brief
Same three questions as the call, then your details. You will hear from a senior person, not a bot, within one hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GST) and within twelve hours outside them.
Ready when the work has to be right the first time.
A 30-minute scoping call with a senior engineer, designer or growth lead. You will leave with a written view of scope, risks and a realistic timeline, whether or not you hire us.
